"The gentleman who came to service my washer & dryer, Ricardo, was certainly a gentleman. And, man, he was an awesome technician! He knew his stuff. My units were 5 yr. old Amanas. The washer wasn't spinning at all & seemed to be agitating incorrectly. He located the problem promptly & had that machine working like new.
The dryer was leaving a stain on on my clothes. He took it apart, noticed the belt was paper thin, replaced that, cleaned up the drum & all was well.
All in all, he had what we expected to be at least a full day job done in less than 1.5 hours. No time wasted on parts pickup, all in one, one stop shop!!

"We had a "noisy" fan in the freezer portion of the refrigerator. The Tech was prompt to review and diagnose the source of the issue. The drain for the freezer was plugged and ice had accluminted behind the walls of the freezer section. He disassembled - cleared the ice & unplugged the drain tube. We were seriously grateful for the repairs that has resolved the issue and will bring them in again when / if we have any appliance issues that we need assistance resolving.
