"I would have to say I give Appliance busters a 10 star rating. This week they saved me over $1000. My garage freezer had gone out so I went shopping and oh my gosh the price. I called Appliance busters he came out and fixed my 23 yr old freezer for me the next day for even less than fourth of a price a brand new freezer would’ve cost. And I have been using them off and on for about 20 years whether to put in a new microwave and dishwasher or even repair my new refrigerator. I will not call the warranty service. I would rather pay Appliance busters to fix it right."
"I can't recommend Appliance Buster's Service Company and Ricardo highly enough! I've used them twice now, once last year for my washer and again today for my dryer and both experiences have been excellent!
I originally got their information from my mom, who had used them many times when she lived in Texas. Last year, Ricardo diagnosed the issue with my older washer and explained that the part I needed was no longer available, so I had to replace it. Even though it couldn't be repaired, I was so impressed with the service that when my dryer stopped working recently, I didn't even consider calling anyone else.
Once again, Ricardo was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly honest. He found the problem, explained everything clearly, repaired the dryer, cleaned it out, and looked everything over to make sure the rest was in good working order. My dryer is 19 years old, and it's now back up and running without me having to replace it unnecessarily.
As a woman living alone, I also really appreciate having someone I feel completely comfortable having in my home. Ricardo is trustworthy, respectful, dependable, and easy to work with. Scheduling and communication are great, and they show up when they say they will.
I also have to mention Christy, who handles the scheduling - she is always so sweet, helpful, and easy to work with.
Appliance Buster's Service Company will absolutely continue to be my first call for any appliance issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!"
